Grief Coaching

Grief is real! Grief never ends! Grief changes us! 

There is no one size grieving fits all - we all deal with grief differently

If you have never experienced grief in some form or another

consider yourself truly lucky.

There are many types of Grief:

  1. The loss of your loved one - a parent, a spouse, a child, a relative, a close friend, or an associate who impacted and influenced your life in a great way. 

  2. The loss of your pet - a dog, a cat, a bird, a bunny, a monkey or any other beloved pet who formed an integral part of your family and home life.​

  3. The loss of your job - through the close of business, retrenchment or retirement 

  4. The loss of your family unit - a  relationship, a separation, a divorce, a  - 

  5. Empty Home Syndrome (EHS) - where the children have grown up and moved out of the home or moved to another country.

  6. Other losses that can cause grief - a move, change in family situation, loss of a dream or life project, or a chronic health issues.
