There are many types of Grief:

The loss of your loved one - a parent, a spouse, a child, a relative, a close friend, or an associate who impacted and influenced your life in a great way.

The loss of your pet - a dog, a cat, a bird, a bunny, a monkey or any other beloved pet who formed an integral part of your family and home life.

The loss of your job - through the close of business, retrenchment or retirement

The loss of your family unit - a relationship, a separation, a divorce, a -

Empty Home Syndrome (EHS) - where the children have grown up and moved out of the home or moved to another country.
